This is a courtesy reminder that your 2024 Biennial Report(s) are due on or before, Wednesday, March 31. Please do not miss this important deadline. Failure to file by March 31 may result in revocation. Reports can be filed electronically at https://sos.iowa.gov/file/br/login.aspx. Filing online will require a Temporary Code. If you don’t have your temporary code and need a new one, you can request one by going to https://sos.iowa.gov/file/br/LostPIN.aspx. Please contact us if you need assistance with this biennial requirement. URS can file the report. We are here to help!
The initial Biennial Report for
LLCs is due between January 1st and March 31st of the first
odd-numbered year following the date of your company's
registration in Iowa. After that, Biennial Reports must be
filed every odd-numbered year. For Corporations, the process
is the same but for even-numbered years. If your were to
form on April 1, 2024, your first Biennial Report would not be due
until 2025.
