The name of the company shall contain one of the following words or abbreviations: "Limited Liability Company," "Limited Company," "LLC," "LC," "L.L.C.," or "L.C." The word "Company" can be abbreviated as "Co." and "Limited" can be abbreviated as "Ltd."

Filing Fees and Options

The fee for the Articles of Organization is $100.

Filings can be submitted in person, by mail, fax, or online. If submitting in person, Same Day Service is available for an additional $25. Documents must be received before 4:30 or they will be processed on the next business day.

Oklahoma Limited Liability Company Annual Certificate

Each Domestic and foreign LLC in Oklahoma must file an Annual Certificate each year on the anniversary date of its registration. The filing fee is $25. This may be filed online or mailed to the Secretary of State's office.
