Service of Process includes any type of legal notice or proceeding. Other official notices that we may receive include annual report notices, tax notices, and other government communications. These matters are often time sensitive, so selecting a reputable registered agent who will quickly forward these documents to you is extremely important. URS Agents, LLC provides this service every day for companies just like yours. You can rest assured that we will provide professional and efficient registered agent service as well as extraordinary customer service.
The District of Columbia mandates that the company itself cannot act as their own registered agent. We have a nationwide network of registered offices and a knowledgeable staff of compliance specialists who understand the filing requirements in each state.
